Refund policy

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns or offer replacements/refunds in the following situations:

The item arrived damaged

You received the wrong product

The item is defective

The product was lost in transit (confirmed by carrier)

Due to food safety regulations, we generally cannot accept returns of opened olive oil bottles.

 

Return Request Time-frame

To be eligible for a return or refund:

You must contact us within 14 days of delivery

Damaged item claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery

Requests made outside these time-frames may not be eligible for refund or replacement.

 

Returned item conditions

To qualify for a return:

Items must be unopened

Products must be in their original packaging

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

For safety and quality reasons, we cannot restock or resell opened food products.

Clear photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

 

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Include photos of the damaged bottle(s) and packaging

We will offer a replacement or refund once the claim is approved.

We do our best to carefully package all glass bottles, but in rare cases damage may occur during transit.

 

Refund Process

Once your return or claim is approved:

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days

Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.

 

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

If a return is approved for other reasons, the customer may be responsible for return shipping.

We will provide instructions before any return shipment.

 

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and food hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of the following:

Opened olive oil bottles

Products without original packaging

Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage

Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)

 

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If you need an exchange, please contact us using the details above.

 

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return policy guidelines.
