Shipped from UK. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays)

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order weight

  • Delivery destination

 

Our olive oil is bottled in glass and carefully packed using protective materials to prevent breakage during transit.

Because olive oil is a natural product:

  • Temporary cloudiness may occur in cold temperatures — this is normal and does not affect quality.

  • Excessive heat may impact flavor over time. We package products to minimize exposure, but we recommend retrieving deliveries promptly.

 

 

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Carrier issues

  • Severe weather

  • High shipping volumes

  • Customs clearance (international orders)

If your package is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

 


If your order arrives damaged:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include your order number

  • Provide clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier, we will do our best to help.
