Our more mild Carolea Organic, Extra Virgin, Olive Oil is a delicately balanced oil, it offers a fresh, fruity aroma with subtle bitter and spicy notes creating beautiful, rounded flavors. Made from 100% Carolea olives grown in a regenerative single estate on the low hills in front of the Ionian sea in Calabria.
It's ability to withstand heat up to 207' C makes it well suited for cooking too. With low acidity (0.37%) and polyphenols at 482mg/kg, this oil provides flavour, versatility and health benefits. This oil is perfect for everyday cooking or elegant finishing touches.
